Worcester , Mass. The Worcester Business Journal recently named Crescent Innovation's President, Al Prescott, the Fittest Male CEO under the age of 50.

"I was very flattered to be in this competition, let alone be one of the winner," said Prescott, who is highly involved in masters swimming and has completed an Iron triathlon.

Prescott went on to say, "If there is one thing I could tell people, it would be that fitness is a choice. You choose to be healthy, and it follows therefore that you choose to be unhealthy as well. Not long ago, I was 80 pounds heavier, with terrible cholesterol and other issues. I chose to adopt a lifestyle of exercise and eating healthy. Now I feel great, my cholesterol is normal, and all of this is without taking drugs. There are very clear benefits to being healthy."
